Faculty members of our department, Professor Bahtiyar ÖZTÜRK and Professor Semra ÇORUH, participated as instructors in the project titled “Energy Transformation: A Sustainable Future Through Renewable Resources,” carried out under the TÜBİTAK 4004 Nature Education and Science Schools Support Program and coordinated by the Kavak District Directorate of National Education.
As part of the project, led by Ahmet KAÇAN, Information Technologies Teacher at 19 Mayıs Secondary School, Professor Semra ÇORUH delivered a presentation on “Renewable Energy Resources.”
On the second day of the project, a field trip titled “Powered by the Sun: Scientific Exploration of Ladik SPP” was conducted under the guidance of Professor Bahtiyar ÖZTÜRK, followed by a training session titled “The Role and Importance of Biogas Among Renewable Energy Resources.”
